Purchases and Returns Due to the nature of the items sold on the O' Scrappy Day website, the majority of the merchandise is non-refundable, however we strive for excellent customer service and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have a discrepancy with your order, you must notify us by email or phone within 5 days of receipt of your order and we would be happy to correct it! Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise which is deemed returnable must be returned in the condition it was shipped with a copy of the original invoice and in their original packaging and must be in resale condition. Special order merchandise (such as custom newspages) are not refundable unless there is a typographical error in the custom text portion which we will gladly fix for you. Exchanges at the customer's request will incur additional shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of order. We do not offer refunds on any opened item, sale items, or any non packaged item.
